Hi. I have recently completed a 10 day vapassana (10 days in silence)This was a great experience for me as anyone who knows me will tell you i can talk. I was able to raise over £400 pound for Seva International where i'm a volunteer. They are based at Harp Place, Sandy lane, Coventry. If anyone is interested in Yoga they have free classes on a Tuesday and Thursday 7pm till 8pm, children welcome. Also a ladies group on Sat 8am. I would highly recommend it. Lots of chances to visit temples and trips. For anyone who loves asian vegetarian food they make home cooked food on a Thursday 12.30am and it's only 2.50. Anyone who would be willing they are looking for anyone who could spare any time to practice or talk about Kaiamea. It would be on a voluntary service but i promise you will gain so much knowledge and experience in lots of areas that will help your spiritual growth. Anyone wanted to learn how to sing Bhajans.
