How do you use KaiAmea everyday!?!

Since starting my KaiAmea journey I find I use it daily and wondered how others use it?.
I use meditation as I wake/sleep and lovingly throw colour at people, animals, nature and situations as I feel lovingly drawn; especially if I catch the news or people are talking negatively. I use the symbols daily for myself, work mates and passers by that are out of balance; especially students at work with their mocks coming up. The rooms also get re-balanced using symbols!. I found that you can also encourage their vitality by asking their higherselves to shine brighter - if it is for their highest good - and generally they physically look uplifted so as I understand it they accepted universal Love. It is important to lovingly cut cords with loved ones, work places and negative thoughts that pop in! I find it keeps your energy up and makes you feel better.If we all keep shining bright, where ever we go, the earth will have our star lit footsteps - what do you reckon?
