I think it is time to get a Grassroots Gathering up and running; as we look forward to a KaiAmea Gathering when the time is right. I would like to invite anyone interested to meet on either Friday 20th March or Friday 27th March about 7pm to discuss possible venues, dates, activities, and schedule of the day. If both of these dates are not acceptable I am happy to adapt or if you would prefer to email ideas that would also be wonderful. It would be nice to put ideas on to the forum for discussion also!

KaiAmea Grassroots Gathering

The meeting covered where people were at and what they wanted from a KaiAmea gathering.
It was decided that Grassroots Gathering would be quartly, with a view to a possible monthly when someone else had time to run it.
Grassroots would be for anyone interested in KaiAmea and people on their KaiAmea journey. It would provide a supportive network and community of like minded individuals to meet, share, experience and discuss.
Although flexible to meet the needs of people attending an initial structure would be:
Welcome
Seats in a circle
Housework - emergency evauation, signing in & out ...
Brief layout of the day ( highlighting suggestion box for future events )
(would like to get a calendar of dates & events a year in advance as soon as possible )
Meditation (to cleanse and relax after rushing)
Light a nightlight from a central candle to create a oneness
An activity such as a meaningful meditation then discuss/ paint/ draw/ mandula etc Guest Speaker?
Refreshments
Back to circle for discussion any lastest topics, synchronity, planetary for anyone wether beginner or advanced.
Then room will be changed into groups
An area to exchange healing
A table to practice tarot
Guides and Angel cards
Pro-Active table (probably for the more advanced to stretch/ share ideas)
Anatomy and Phy. table for group study
A creative table - eg: decorate an eco-friendly shopping bag.
Refreshments and place just to relax and chat, walk the woods
Tables round the outside to promote and sell KaiAmea books, CDs, Courses being run
Stalls for people attending to sell crystals, jewelery etc
Planetary awareness - ecofreindly news - Peace
Free-cycle bring books, mags, clothes, goods that need a home (but take if not taken!)
Ideas and place to offer what attendees could contribute in future events
Then back to circle to close maybe a sing song?
We are hoping to book a venue in Wolston near the woods with the view of outdoor meditation and possibly creative materials to make and do!
Never too late to get involved or spread the word Date and Venue to follow

Welcome to the Second Grassroots! Still firming up the days activites however pop the date in your diary and spread the word to anyone on their journey!
The cost will be about £10 each as its a larger room and longer day, there is the option of a £10 buffet with tea and coffee available during the day
The venue has not changed!

Numbers are needed ten days prior to the booking; so booking and payment in advance is strongly advised to keep Grassroots alive!
