Brillinat idea Debs.

My thoughts are around food, the purchase and the waste. Apparently we throw away on average 30% to 40% of the food we buy. This does not include the amount that the Supermarkets throw away. So a resolution could be

To not be seduced into buying food which does not get used.

Suggestions being to plan meals obviously allowing for flexibility and changed plans. If meals are planned then better use of the oven and low energy users i.e slow cooker can be made.

To check the fridge every couple of days to see if any foods need to be used.

What do others think?

I would be interested in views on the topic of tooth infections. Pretty healthy since starting and progressing along the Kai Amea path but occasionally I used to get a tooth infection in my lower right jaw. Very painful, swollen face etc. After having a Aura drawing by Kay two cords were identified, I have worked to rid myself of these cords. Then about two weeks ago an infection in the right top jaw, just as painful and swollen. I am fine now after a combination of Kai Amea and alas, Anti B's. The teeth in question have been checked out and are sound. Any ideas?

I am going to treat my partner to a Kay Tarot reading he has not had one before what advice would you folk give to ensure that he gets all that he can from the experience?

Hi Sue, Yes the attunement does last however to use the analogy that Kay uses its like a sponge, it works anyway but if you squeeze the sponge i.e. work it, it becomes stronger in your life. As you must have been an early attunement you will probably not be aware of the manuals, books and CD's that are available now. How about picking up a copy of Expansion and meditating with the mandala that affects you most or dipping into Manifest and using the meditations and pictorials in there? Kay also has marvellous CD's the 'Just the Voice' which is mentioned in another post as starting to effect the Chakras as soon as it starts so if you are working on some one to take the Chakra paterns before starting it. Alternatively you could treat yourself to one of Kay's one day workshops and reintroduce yourself to the beauty and wonder of Kai Amea, How about having a treatment with Kay or another Kai Amea therapist? I know personally having been through the mill recently myself I have found Kai Amea of enormous help and feel sure that if you dust off your Kai Amea and get it moving that you too will feel the benefit.
